Hi, today after the update some users reported, that they couldn't log into the forum and bot due to a database problem. However all affected accounts have been recovered and should work again! If you're still having problems, please write a mail to

Update: A rollback has been issued also for all users, that re-registered with the same account name that was lost due to database problem. As soon as we have compiled a complete listing of all affected accounts, we'll add additional bot time as compensation! Update2: 5 extra days of bot time have been added to all affected accounts as compensation! We're sorry for inconveniences! :( |

Regarding purchases and clientless limitations |

Due to the countless requests and mails SBot will reopen purchases for new customers very soon! To be fair to all and not harming environment in any way when we open SBot for a bigger number of users, some strict limitations will be imposed for the usage of clientless feature. Details will be posted as soon as preparations are finished and before reopening purchase of SBot again. Also make sure to read the global anouncement in our forum.
